To participate in our Villa del Palmar promotional vacation packages, couples must meet the following criteria:
Age: At least one partner must be between 30 and 70 years old.
Relationship: Must be a married or cohabiting couple. Both partners must attend the resort presentation together.
Income: Combined household income of $50,000 USD or more annually.
Credit Card: Must hold a valid major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Previous Attendance: Cannot have attended a Villa Group or TAFER presentation within the past 6-12 months (varies by property).
Ownership: Cannot currently own Villa Group, TAFER, or Villa del Palmar vacation club membership.
Real Estate Exclusion: Cannot own real estate in Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Cancún, or Loreto.
Advance Booking: Must book at least 30 days before travel dates.
All promotional guests attend one 90-120 minute presentation about Tafer Vacation Club during their stay. The presentation is typically scheduled for the morning after arrival. Transportation to and from the presentation venue is provided by the resort.
A resort fee of approximately $32.50 per night applies and includes government taxes and tourism fees. This fee is payable directly to the resort upon check-in.
Cancellation policies vary by property and booking date. All terms are documented in your Reservation Agreement, which you receive via DocuSign before any payment is collected.
